During the equipment installation, we will assign professional engineers to the construction site to install and debug the equipment to make it reach the designed technical indicators and excellent projects.
We will be responsible for the professional training of user operators, and educate yourself during the commissioning process, so that they can operate independently and correctly, and can handle some failures that occur in daily life.
The unit has a free warranty and maintenance period of one year from the date of after-sale, and provides maintenance technical support for life. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails due to non-human reasons, we will be responsible for free maintenance and provide free accessories; after the warranty period expires, our company will provide life-long maintenance services. And promised to provide spare parts for boiler products for life.
We will provide 24-hour service, rush to the scene within 6 hours after receiving the call for repair, first processing, then analysis to ensure that the equipment can operate normally for a long time.

| 1. After the boiler is installed, Tayuan will take charge and send professional technical engineers to perform boiler free commissioning. |
2. Provide free training and teaching for user-side boiler management operators.
3. Cooperate with users and design institutes commissioned by users to provide consulting services.
4. Provide the floor plan of boiler room boiler for free (for user's reference).

According to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on the quality warranty period of mechanical products, the boiler body warranty of Tayuan boiler is 12 months from the date of acceptance of the adjustment test, and the auxiliary machine warranty is 12 months. Failures (non-human factors) are provided free of charge. |
2. After the normal use of the boiler to the warranty period, if the boiler equipment and auxiliary equipment fail (non-human factors), Tayuan will only charge a reasonable cost.
3. During the warranty period, our after-sales service staff will visit you once a month. Outside the warranty period, our after-sales service staff will visit you every 3 months.
4. Our company's service department and technical department are responsible for training the user equipment management personnel to complete all maintenance operation techniques (including program flowchart) for the equipment provided by our company during the warranty period.
